Tian Tan Buddha, Lantau, Hong Kong (November 2010)

According to local legend, on a clear day the giant Tian Tan Buddha (Lantau Island, Hong Kong) can be seen from Macao, but it’s not until you get up close that you feel the full impact of this serene monument.

  1. The peace sensation which we always feel by looking at Buddha’s representation is stressed here because the statue is covered by a beautiful blue sky and a composition which gives her a little of mystery
